By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the mamabet platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by mamabet, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi markets), crash games, promotional offers, and any future services added to the platform without separate notice.

mamabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

In the event of platform termination, all verified account balances (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements that cannot be completed due to termination) will be returned to players via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and mamabet with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
